Baking department (nighttime)

Job Description

• Shaping/Cutting Dough
• Use Preferred techniques to shape dough
• Follow regulatory requirements regarding contact with food products
• Operating baking equipment
• Follow all equipment safety procedure and manufacturer operating instructions
• Clean equipment and workstation after shift is over
• Ability to work with a team

Shifts:

• Starting Times
• 3:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm
• Shift ends when all breads are baked and clean up is finished
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Overtime mandatory
